01 · The people
Every home has a story.
I’m not only capturing property. I’m capturing the memories and the feeling of a home.
When homeowners share their fond memories and what they’ve loved about living there, the home comes to life for me. Then I get to tell that story through my lens, in film and photography.

02 · The work
It started with property.
I started in real estate and never stopped. Families and weddings came alongside for many years. Today, property has my full attention.
03 · The name
Joyous Beth.
Beth Joy.
Joy to the World.
The nicknames came early, because my parents saw joy in me. Over the years, joy has become the golden thread through my life, my creativity and my purpose.
04 · The monogram
Drawn by my sister.
Our JI was hand-drawn by my sister: two letters joined, like two people holding hands.
Capturing connection has always been my passion.
At the end of the day, people are the reason I do what I do.
The way we see
“It’s the way we see the world.”
